By completing this form you will be granted a full membership of MANB. Your information will be kept confidential and, under any circumstances, will not be used by third party.  This form will help us to reach you and serve you better.

Note that the membership fees are CAD$150 (individual) and CAD$250 (family, husband & wife) with additional dependents (son and/or daughter) CAD$50 per year, from January 1st to December 31st. Also if your contact information changes, please update this to the office. Note: To participate in voting during elections, one must be a registered general member of MANB and in good standing for at least 3 months.
